Say which device you were on and what you expected to happen. If a card or a deck is involved, its name helps; your review history never needs to be sent, because it is already on the server if you sync.

Your subscription

Settings has a Manage Subscription button that opens the billing portal: change the card, switch between monthly and yearly, see every invoice, or cancel. Canceling leaves your access running to the end of the period you paid for. Upgrading takes effect right away with the unused time credited; downgrading waits until the paid period is over.

Refunds

Write within 14 days of a charge and it is refunded in full, no questions. Payments are processed by Stripe, and a refund lands back on the card within a few business days of being issued.

Your cards are yours

The Mac app is free and complete on its own, subscribed or not. A collection that stops syncing keeps studying from the copy on each device.

The apps

The Mac app is a direct download for Apple silicon Macs on macOS 14 or later. It checks for updates once a day, downloads a new version in the background and installs it the next time you quit Deckist. To choose when to install instead, turn off Download and install automatically in Settings, under About. The iPhone and iPad apps are on their way; until then the web client works in a phone's browser.
