The service

Deckist is provided by High5 Labs LLC. The apps are free to use. A paid subscription covers syncing between devices, the web client, Anki import, image occlusion, and following shared decks.

Your content

Your decks and cards remain yours. You grant Deckist only the permission needed to store and sync them between your own devices, and to share a deck if you choose to publish one.

Subscriptions

A new account gets 14 days of the subscription free, with no card. After that it is $6 a month or $50 a year, charged through Stripe, which processes the payment and holds the card. Upgrading takes effect immediately and credits the unused part of what you already paid. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Canceling stops the next renewal and leaves access running until the period ends.

Refunds

A charge you did not intend, or a subscription that did not do what this site says it does, is refunded in full when you write to support@deckist.app within 14 days of the charge. Later than that, a charge is not refunded, and canceling leaves your access running to the end of the period you paid for.

What you may not do

Use the service to store or share material you have no right to, or to interfere with the service or other people's accounts. Publishing a deck to the catalog grants other people the right to study it and to fork it for their own use.

Changes and ending the service

These terms may change; the date at the top says when. Your cards stay on your own devices whatever happens to the service, and High5 Labs LLC may end the service with at least 30 days' notice and a refund of any unused part of a paid period.
